Engaging Employees .... One At A Time!
PEI is the missing ingredient in most engagment initiatives.
PEI impacts engagement where it actually occurs - at the manager and individual employee level. PEI accomplishes a simple yet critical goal: It provides the two people who have the most influence over performance - the employee and immediate manager - the data and metrics they need to manage and improve engagement on an ongoing basis.
PEI is driven by a web-based assessment completed separately by an employee and the direct manager. The resulting combined report
provides a profile of the employee’s engagement, and the employee and manager use the report to understand what is most important for the employee. Through the conversation they decide on one or a few actions to improve the employee's engagement – a tailored engagement plan for the employee. After an appropriate time interval, the manager and employee complete another assessment to measure progress and set new goals. This process helps maximize performance and strengthen the employee-manager relationship over time. We invite you to see for yourself.

You have no doubt realized that engaged employees are your greatest asset and are working hard to maximize engagement. You may also realize that there is still a long way to go. What seems to be the challenge? The simple answer is: You have to engage employees one at a time.
Sound daunting? Not any more! Introducing the Experience <-> Personal Engagement Index (PEI) - the missing ingredient in most engagement programs. Engagement surveys followed up by improvements at business units provide good value but don’t go deep enough to engage your employees. Engagement is a private decision made by each person based on how the person feels treated.
Group scores and department actions are not adequate for improving the engagement of individuals. To fully engage individuals, you need to understand and take action on the unique aspirations and goals of each person. You need a tool that drills down to the individual level and that’s where PEI comes in..
